We would love to welcome you to Gold Cherry Bakery, an incredible cake and pastry shop in the GTA. For our products we select locally produced ingredients of the highest quality, which are then skilfully put together by our wonderful chefs. Shannon is the head Pastry Chef, and new owner.

Shannon graduated with her Specialist High Skills Major in Hospitality and Tourism from high-school before achieving the Baking and Pastry Diploma from Niagara College. After Niagara she moved to New York to complete her Bachelors of Business Administration in Food Business Management with a concentration in Advanced Baking Principals from The Culinary Institute of America. 

For special occasions make an order over the phone or have a one-on-one with our award winning Baker to discuss all your wonderful ideas. In the mean time, enjoy a treat with your freshly brewed in-house coffee and let us make your day a little bit brighter.
